Through SMMT members we have been able to offer new  and existing SVE opportuities to attend at organised training events provided by Vehicle manufacturers.at their bespoke faciities to learn about features relevant to each brand. That continued through 2024 with visits to JLR and 2025 sees planned visit to Ford.

Through existing QSVE we offer the opportunity for members to obtain guidance and mentoring to help direct, guide  and ensure that their development continues in line with their expected progress.

To ensure standards are maintained, the option of peer review enables members to obtain objective reviews of their work. This will help us to develop a new national process model for  examination standards. 

Membership provides access to our Community of Learning (CoL), a collaborative space where members exchange knowledge and share experiences. The CoL supports newly certified professionals, keeps retired members engaged, and ensures everyone stays informed about the latest developments in vehicle theft and related fields.
